Additional Conference Information & Advice for Participants:

Big Five Store and Conference Discounts:

CentACS will have the Big Five Store open during the conference and will be offering a 10% discount to paid conference participants on any products purchased or ordered during the three (3) official days of the conference (this offer is not good after the conference or during the Pre-Conference Workshop). You may purchase WorkPlace paper tests, WorkPlace and NEO workbooks, NEO report forms, WorkPlace and NEO report covers, games, WorkPlace and NEO card sort exercises, and books to take with you to avoid shipping costs (however, you will be assessed North Carolina sales tax of 7.5%). Please note that this discount does not apply to NEO tests, NEO hand-scorable answer forms, or WorkPlace online tests.

Of course, CentACS will gladly ship any products to you at the regular shipping and handling rates after the conference if you prefer not to take them with you. You will still receive the purchase discount.

 Advice for Conference Participants:

1.    Come prepared to talk!  All sessions will be interactive.

2.    Bring copies of interesting Big Five profiles to share with other participants during networking sessions or at lunch.

3.    If you have any dietary needs, please communicate them to CentACS by Wednesday, February 13th. CentACS will be providing a continental breakfast and lunch for all participants during the conference, but you must let us know if you have special needs.

4.    We recommend that you plan to dress comfortably and casually in layers during the entire conference. Room temperatures may fluctuate. In February, Charlotte usually has moderate weather with daytime highs likely between 40-60 degrees Fahrenheit and evening temperatures around freezing. Only once in the last 7 years has the conference had colder than normal weather when Charlotte experienced freezing rain during the conference.
