1. WorkPlace Big Five: The WorkPlace Big Five ProFile (WB5P) was developed by Pierce J. Howard, Ph.D., and Jane Mitchell Howard, M.B.A., of the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies specifically for use in the workplace. The language of the test and the reports is oriented exclusively for workplace issues, and includes such behaviors as supervision, meetings, coaching, sales, and the like. The WB5P is available in both long (107 items) and short (48 items) form. Either form may be used as a “self” rating or as an “other” rating, as the language does not contain pronouns such as “I”, “He”, or “She” in the subject of the item. Also, the WB5P is designed to be used primarily as a web-enabled inventory.
