Scoring Service for
the paper WB5P-Long Form;
let CentACS score
your paper Long Forms; prices include data entry, computer scoring, computer
plotting, and graphing of scores of each participant’s data into the
multi-color seven page “Feedbacker” report; allow 3 business days for
scoring. All bound copies will include a title page with subject information
and a table of contents.

The
Teamer
3.0 (a report that analyzes up to 25 people and their functioning as a
team based upon many different models).
Instead
of receiving the full standard Teamer, you will now be able to select only
the Teamer segments that you actually need. This new feature will allow you
to place the segments in the order which is most beneficial for your
purposes and provide you with a customized Teamer report individualized for
your specific needs. The new pricing schedule for the Teamer modules is as
follows:
If you purchase 1-5 Teamer segments for:
2-5 people, your Teamer will cost $55.00.
6-12 people, your Teamer will cost $95.00.
13-25 people, your Teamer will cost $175.00.
If you purchase 6-12 Teamer segments for:
2-5 people, your Teamer will cost $90.00.
6-12 people, your Teamer will cost $130.00.
13-25 people, your Teamer will cost $210.00.
If you purchase 13-25 Teamer segments for:
2-5 people, your Teamer will cost $160.00.
6-12 people, your Teamer will cost $200.00.
13-25 people, your Teamer will cost $280.00.
When adding a participant(s) to a Teamer report after the initial Teamer has
been set up, a charge of $10.00 will be assessed for each participant
added. In the event the additional participant(s) places the total number
of participants into the next price range, a larger fee will be assessed.
